Registration and participation in Nesma’s events assumes the student’s express acceptance of the following General Conditions for Registration and Participation.

 

1. General Conditions

• The brochures and informative documents about the workshops offered, prices and methods of payment, as well as the contract models used by the organization, are at the disposal of the general public in reception.
• Registration and accreditation are strictly personal and non transferable.
• The organization will not assume responsibility for lost or missing belongings.
• Smoking is prohibited in all facilities.
• Filming, recording and photography are forbidden in the workshops and performances.
• • Out of respect for the other participants, we request punctuality and that you kindly disconnect all mobile phones during the workshops.
• Repeat or serious infringement of these general conditions may be considered grounds for exclusion from the event without right to compensation from the organizers.
• The workshops included in the events are not of an official nature. They do not lead to the obtainment of an officially-valid diploma.

 

2. Registration methods and ticket purchase

Registration for workshops can be done via our webpage www.nesma.es or request a registration form and send it by way of e-mail contact@nesma.es.

Due to administrative reasons, we cannot accept telephone registration without formal confirmation using the registration application.

Registration forms will be processed in the order in which they are received until all places are filled.

 

3. Terms of payment

3.1. Once a participant has applied, s/he will receive confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation will indicate the final date by which complete payment is due according to the payment terms chosen by the student. When payment has been made, the participant will receive confirmation of his/her registration in the event.

 

3.2. . If total payment is not received on or before the due date, the application for registration will be cancelled. (refer to chapter 6).

 

4. Accreditation to the Workshops

The participant will receive by email or fax his accreditation to access the shops without having to go through reception. Participants are advised to print out and keep with him his accreditation. For any management or information, please contact the reception desk of the festival. To avoid any error, the organization may ask the participant to present his identity document (ID or Passport) and the number of registration.

 

5. Prices

5.1. . The rates reflected in the contract are based on the price list which appears on the Webpage.

 

5.2. The participant will be held responsible for all banking expenses and other costs related to a workshop’s payment.

 

6. Cancellation

6.1 The reservation fee will not be refunded if you cancel your participation. In the case of paying the entire course in advance, the difference between the total price of the course and the reservation fee will be refunded using the same method of payment.

 

6.2. Any cancellation should be sent via e-mail (contact@nesma.es). When the cancellation is complete, the participant will receive confirmation of the cancellation.

 

6.3. The organizers reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the number of students does not meet the minimum required for holding it or for any other justified cause, announcing any cancellations one week before the festival is held. In this event, the participant will be able to change the cancelled workshop for another of his/her choice or request a refund for the amount proportional to the corresponding workshop.

 

7. Accommodation

The organizers will not be responsible for arranging accommodation for participants except for the special suggestions offered on our website.

The organization will make information available for the participants regarding accommodation where we have arranged specially-agreed prices for event-attendees as well as other accommodation possibilities. Bookings and payment for accommodation are the responsibility of each participant.

8. The participant’s responsibilities

8.1. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that his/her stay in Spain is legal. The organizers assume that each participant has the necessary permits for entry and stay in the country.

8.2. Health, property, accident and third-party insurance are the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizers of the event will not assume any responsibility in this matter.

For EU residents, it is necessary to travel with the European health card to be attended by the public health system in Spain.

For non-EU residents, it is essential to hire valid medical insurance in Spain during your stay in Spain.

8.3. The participant must comply with the workshop regulations.

8.4. Participants must acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in physical activities and must ensure they are in suitable physical condition to take part in classes. It is the responsibility of each participant to warm up adequately before beginning any exercise and to follow the instructor’s instructions at all times to minimize the risk of injury. Participants should also inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical condition or injury before starting the class. Participation in dance classes is undertaken at your own risk, and instructors, the academy, and the venue will not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from such participation.

 

9. Responsabilidades de la organización Al-Andalus Raks Sharki S.L.

Legal responsibility for material and personal damages on the part of the organizers and its employees is limited to damage through intention or negligence. Neither the organizers nor its employees are responsible for the cancellation of its services due to forces beyond their control, strikes, due to negligence of a third party or any other unacceptable reason.

 

10. Processing of personal information

AL-ANDALUS RAKS SHARKI S.L. is the Controller of processing the personal data provided with your consent and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), for the purpose of maintaining a commercial relationship and retained while there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of processing and when such purpose is no longer necessary, the data shall be deleted with the appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data or the complete destruction of them. No data shall be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation. In addition, you are informed that you can exercise at any time your right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data and those of limitation and opposition to its processing by contacting AL-ANDALUS RAKS SHARKI S.L. at C/ Juan de Jauregui, 4 28007 Madrid (MADRID). 11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is under jurisdiction of Spanish law. The courts of Madrid are considered to have jurisdiction.
