Synopsis: This one-week seminar, designed as an immersion and cultural exchange camp, is aimed at belly dancers who want to learn or deepen the Neoandalusi dance style created by Nesma.
If this is your first participation in the Al-Andalus camp, we recommend this version that we call “Classic” because it follows the same structure of the original that has been so successful since its first edition in 2010. The course includes an introduction to the style of Neo-Andalusian dance by Nesma and workshops on culture, music and costume design.
You will also participate in a guided tour of the city of Granada with its Andalusian legacy, including the spectacular architectural complex of the Alhambra. It is very important to understand the culture of Al-Andalus and a must for lovers of Arab culture.

Course Registration

Full board accommodation

The total price of the course includes:

• All the classes.
• Flamenco show with live music.
• Guided tour of Granada and the Alhambra.
• Closing party with performance by the participants.

The accommodation price includes:

• Accommodation in a double room shared by 2 people with a private bathroom (or a single room with a supplement*)
• Cleaning of the room, change of sheets and towels is done twice a week.
• All meals: breakfast buffet, buffet salad all day and dinner. Except lunch in Granada during the visit on Thursday.
• All food during the week is vegetarian and vegan.
• All drinks all day: soft drinks, mineral water, wine, beer, tea, coffee.
• Transportation from Malaga airport and Benajarafe bus station to the hotel on arrival and departure days from 08:00 h. at 8:00 p.m.
• Shared rooms are organized according to the order of registration of the participants. The availability of a double room is not guaranteed in case the number of participants is odd.
• Accompanying persons are not admitted to music and costume classes or workshops.
• At Casa El Morisco the rooms are cleaned and the towels are changed twice a week.

The accommodation price does NOT include:

• The transfer from the train station or other places other than the airport. The hotel organizes a transfer to the hotel from a bus stop in the city of Benajarafe.
• Transfer from the airport outside the pick-up hours (08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.) **

Duration: 28 hours of workshops from Monday to Saturday. Thursday visit to Granada.
