Condiciones particulares de contratación
Mode of Participation:
NATEC training offers three participation options: online, synchronous, or asynchronous, and in-person. All students will be treated equally, and there will be no penalties for those who choose to follow the classes online or asynchronously.
Video Availability:
Class videos will be available to all participants within a maximum of 12 hours after each session. The videos will remain accessible for a period corresponding to two courses.
Evaluation:
The evaluation of NATEC vocational training students is optional. To undergo evaluation, the evaluation pack must be contracted, which includes private tutoring sessions, at least 2 weeks before the examination dates. There will be 2 examination sessions in each course, allowing students to retake the evaluation if they fail in the first session.
Tutoring:
Tutoring sessions will be distributed throughout the training, and students are required to book them in advance on the teaching team’s calendar on the website. To make the most of the tutoring, it is recommended to contract the evaluation as soon as possible.
Evaluation Tests:
The evaluation process consists of various theoretical and practical tests, organized synchronously during class hours. Written assignments must be submitted before Friday of the examination week, by 12 a.m.
Failures:
In case of failing in the second examination session, the student can contract a new evaluation and continue studying with access to the class videos.
Non-Payment:
If a student fails to pay the monthly installments, the management of the training may block the student’s access to classes and videos. The Academy will provide solutions to help resolve payment issues.
Withdrawal:
If a student decides to withdraw from the training, they will be exempt from paying the outstanding fees. However, the registration fee and any overdue monthly payments up to the time of withdrawal will not be refunded, in accordance with the legal guarantee period established in the general terms and conditions of the contract.
Support and Guidance:
Students will have continuous access to support teams through written and phone channels to resolve technical, administrative, and training-related issues.
